The DURMA HD-TC is specifically designed for businesses that care about high quality profile and tube cutting. Full automatic loading and unloading requires less effort and time save for the operator.
STANDARD FEATURES
Profile Support System
Profile support system prepares the next profiles to be cut.
Auto Loading System
During cutting, the next profile loads into the loading arm.
Loading Arm
The loading arm automatically moves the profile into the cutting area and centres it.
Measuring Profile Length
With the laser sensor on, it measures profile length and sends the data to the system.
Siemens 840D CNC controller
The Siemens 840D CNC controller is an efficient 32-bit microprocessor system with an integrated PC.
There is a database for all standard pipe cutting applications. The database includes the cutting parameters for standard tubes and profiles (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) for common thickness ranges.
Based on these reference values the operator can easily improve the cutting quality for different types of materials.
IPG Fibre Laser Resonator
IPG is the world leader in high power fibre lasers. IPG pioneered the development of optical fibre based lasers for metal cutting. IPG is the only company that offers a complete system being the semiconductor diode pump, the optical fibre and the amplifier.

Chiller
The chiller is essential to cool the resonator.

Unloading Unit
The unloading unit supports the profile during cutting with servo motor control.
Because the unloading table moves forward and backward the cut profile parts can be released to different tables according to their length.

Hydraulic Profile Holder
It can hold a variety of profiles by 4 clamps working independently as 2+2. You can adjust the hydraulic pressure according to the profile wall thickness.
Centering Mirror
To get cutting precision, the drive collar centres the profile as close as possible to the cutting head.
The drive collar turns synchronised with the head. 4 independent side clamps come to position automatically before the profile is pushed through.
Dust Extraction (Filter)
Compact dust extractor with filter.
