SLU Series – Single loading & unloading system

GENERAL INFORMATION

The SLU Series automated loading and unloading system is composed of automated loading and unloading control system, automated loading and unloading device, plane cutting machine and its CNC system, raw material cart and sorting cart.

The SLU3015A automated loading and unloading system can implement tasks such as automated pick up, automatic loading, automatic processing, automatic unloading, and automatic collection according to the production scheduling plan. The system supports automated and planned operation in the whole process, including programming, raw material loading and cutting, and transportation of cut workpieces and wastes, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency, relieving the labour burden, and reducing the production cost.

Please note: This system must be ordered with a HAN’S Laser Fiber Cutter machine. It can not be retrofitted.

 

FEATURES

HAN’S control PLC

The system adopts Wincc software to design a human-computer interaction (HCI) interface, which is artistic, and user-friendly. The material information management is intuitive and convenient. The material state is displayed in real time. In addition, the system can also warn of the material shortage conditions. The dynamic display of the movement of the mechanism enables the operator to conveniently master the position of the mechanism in real time. It provides a wealth of alarm diagnosis functions, and the alarm type and content are clear. It also provides effective handling measures against each type of alarm.

Loading and unloading integrated device

The loading and unloading integrated mechanism is composed of a main structural frame, suction cups, a material fork mechanism, a transmission mechanism and other sensing elements. The suction cup loading device uses vacuum suction cups to lift each sheet. Each suction cup is controlled by an independent solenoid valve. The desired suction cup can be controlled according to the actual sheet size, so that the suction cup can suck up the sheet quickly and accurately.

A high-vibration device shakes the sucked-up sheet to prevent the next sheet below in the stack being accidently lifted. A precise thickness gauge ensures only a single sheet enters production. When unloading, the comb-shaped forks reach into the gap between the support bars of the worktable, and then lift the finished products and wastes from the worktable and sends them to the sorting cart for manual part removal from the sheet skeleton. Travel sensing switches and anti-collision devices are installed at both ends of the travel limit of the lifting device to ensure the safe operation of the mechanism.

Raw material cart & sorting cart

The top cart is used as a sorting table, where the operator manually removes the cut parts from the sheet skeleton. The lower cart is used for raw material storage. The carts are independently controlled by electric motors. They run on railway lines, which need to be secured to the concrete foundation pad.

Safety Fence

Equipped with safety interlock switches, the equipment operates automatically in the area, and adopts safety guardrails without dead angle protection to prevent personnel from entering and ensure the safe operation of the system.

OPTIONAL FEATURES

10 or 20 Shelf storage tower (optional)

A 10 or 20 shelf storage tower and be integrated into the system. It is position alongside the raw cart.
