This DURMA series has two independent hydraulic systems, therefore one person can be punching while a second is cropping.

STANDARD  FEATURES

Durma Iron Worker Angle Cutting

Angle Cutting

Blades are four sided and easily installed and rotated. The cavity is designed in such a way to allow the mitering of angles. An easy adjustable hold down provides for proper clamping of the material while it is being sheared. Shown with special Z aperture on 45 M.

The angle cavity is equipped with an easily adjustable hold down to increase sheared blank quality.

Durma Iron Worker Angle Mitering

Angle Mitering

The angle station allows mitering at 45 degrees. The capacity is less than the 90° mitering capabilities.

It is possible to miter the leg of an angle at 5° in the flat bar shear station.

Durma Iron Worker Large Throat & Gauging Table

Large Throat & Gauging Table

A large throat and gauge table is standard on the dual cylinder models. The table is equipped with recessed measuring scales calibrated to the centre line of the punch. Side and rear gauge stops are also included. A larger throat is available as an option and a 24” throat is standard on the 120 ton models.

Swing Away Stripper

A swing away style punch stripper allows proper stripping of the part. It is easily moved away for greater access to the punch and die area.

The specially shaped punch station bolster allows punching holes in the web of profiles.

Flat Bar Shearing

An easily adjustable hold down ensures proper clamping of the plate. An entry feed table has adjustable guides and stops to make sure the material is accurately placed under the cutting blades. The blades are manufactured in such a way that allows cutting of a wide range of material thickness at a low rake angle and without the need for adjustment.

Notching

This station comes standard with rectangular notching blades which allow side notching, therefore allowing notching of unlimited widths. Vee notching blades can easily be installed, and are available as an option.

Optional Press Brake Attachment

It is possible to mount a bending attachment to the punch station. A large single vee or a four vee for thinner material is available.

39” back stop with electrical touch and cut feature that aligns to all shearing stations.
